靜音柴油發(fā)電機修理質(zhì)量不高，在維修過程中，如果加工不當(dāng)，沒有達到修理技術(shù)要求，如各零件的配合間隙，公營 不當(dāng)，表面粗糙度不夠，裝配時清洗不干凈，等都會使機器在使用過程中產(chǎn)生故障。裝配過程中各零件之間的相互位置精度也很重要，若達不到要求，會引起附加應(yīng)力，產(chǎn)生偏磨等 后果，加速機器配件的失效。
