框架式斷路器
1 、產品定義、基本組成、主要用途:
斷路器:能接通、承載以及分斷正常電路條件下的電流,也能在規定的非正常電路條件下接通、承載一定時間和分斷電流的一種機械開關電器。
組成部分:成一個固定式框架式斷路器主要有:斷路器本體,脫扣單元,附件組成。組成一個抽出式框架式斷路器主要有:斷路器本體,移動部分,固定部分,脫扣單元,附件組成
2、 產品選用及工程設計要點:
2.1 在民用建筑設計中低壓斷路器主要用于線路的過載、短路、過電流、失壓、欠壓、接地、漏電、雙電源自動切換及電動機的不頻繁起動時的保護、操作等用途,其選擇原則除遵守低壓電器設備的使用環境特征等基本原則(見工業與民用配電設計手冊)外尚應考慮如下條件:
1) 斷路器的額定電壓不應小于線路額定電壓;
2) 斷路器額定電流與過流脫扣器的額定電流不小于線路的計算電流;
3) 斷路器的額定短路分斷能力不小于線路中最大短路電流;
4) 選擇型配電斷路器需考慮短延時短路通斷能力和延時保護級間配合;
5) 斷路器欠壓脫扣器額定電壓等于線路額定電壓;
6) 當用于電動機保護時,則選擇斷路器需考慮電動機的起動電流并使之在起時間內不動作;設計計算見“工業與民用配電設計手冊”;
