:青島2098-DSD-HV030 AB伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器 羅克韋爾PID自整定開(kāi)始后,只有過(guò)程反饋值超出了該區(qū)域,PID自整定調(diào)節(jié)器才會(huì)認(rèn)為它對(duì)輸出的改變發(fā)生了效果。這個(gè)值用來(lái)減少過(guò)程變量的噪聲對(duì)自整定的干擾,從而更地計(jì)算出過(guò)程系統(tǒng)的自然振動(dòng)頻率。如果選用自動(dòng)計(jì)算,則缺省值為2%。如果過(guò)程變量反饋干擾信號(hào)較強(qiáng)(噪聲大)自然變化范圍就大,可能需要人為設(shè)置一個(gè)較大的值。但這個(gè)值的改變要與下面的偏差值保持1:4的關(guān)系。偏差:偏差值決定了允許過(guò)程變量偏離設(shè)定值的峰峰值。
