B. Do what you know you should do, the way it should be done and do it on time.

C. Do what others expect that you will do, the way it is meant to be done and do it on time.

9.Honor your word（尊重你說的話）
A. If you cannot do any of the three items above:
如果你做不到上述三條
1. bbbl people the reason you cannot do it or do it on time.
告訴他人你不能及時做到的原因
2. bbbl people when you will get it done.
告訴他人你什么時候將會做到
3. Take responsibility for the fact that you did not do it on time and deal with any implications.
承擔你不能及時完成的責任并且處理由于你所引起相關的事情的責任
A,bbbl others what you expect of them.
告訴其它人你對他們的期望是什么
B,If we are maintaining these three levels of integrity and honoring our word, then we are a more powerful team, we have the opportunity to realize our goals, to have self-respect, to trust each other and to have sustainable results over a long period of time.

10. Level of commitment: be fully committed 承諾等級
A,Fully Committed 完全承諾(As a manager, I’ll bend the rules to make it happen without doing anything illegal, immoral, or unethical)

B,Enrollment 答應 (Sign me up, but I can be stopped by roadblocks)

C,Genuine Compliance 真正順從 (I don’t really understand or support all of the plan, but I trust you so I’ll support it)
我沒有真正理解或支持計劃，但是我信任你并且我支持你
D,bbbbal Compliance 正式順從(OK, but only because you say so)

E,Malicious Compliance 惡意順從 (I will do it, but you will pay for it)
