摘要:

高校實驗室的安全管理是一項非常復雜的工作。 作者從“以人為本、預防為主”的理念出發,提出了以教育、 預防和監管為核心的 3 種安全管理策略,將實驗室安全管理覆蓋到實驗活動全過程,積極主動地做好實驗室安全防范,最大限度地降低實驗風險,為高校實驗室安全的可持續發展提供參考。

abstract：

the safety management of university laboratory is a very complicated work. based on the concept of “people-centered and prevention-oriented”, this paper puts forward three safety management strategies with education, prevention and supervision as the core. these strategies cover the laboratory safety management to the whole process of experimental activities, proactively do a good job in laboratory safety precautions, minimize experimental risks, and provide reference for the sustainable development of laboratory safety in colleges and universities.
