古藺離心管道泵軸向吸入管道泵結構圖。該電組由泵、電機和底座三部分組成。泵結構包括泵體、葉輪、泵蓋、機械密封等零部件組成。中泉管道泵為單級單吸臥式離心泵,泵體和泵蓋兩部份是從葉輪背面處剖分的,即為后開門結構形式。古藺離心管道泵軸向吸入大多數泵的葉輪前、后均設有封密環,并在葉輪后蓋板上設有平衡孔,以平衡作用在轉子上的軸向力。泵進口為軸向水平吸入,出口為垂直向上布置。泵和電機同軸,電機軸伸端采用雙角接觸球軸承結構可部分平衡泵的殘余軸向力。泵與電機越聯,安裝時無需校正,具有共同底座。古藺離心管道泵軸向吸入選型的時候除了流量、揚程之外,關鍵的就是溫度,熱水泵是一個非常廣義的叫法,60-80度也是熱水,這時候選用普通離心泵就可以,80-105度,低配置選用便拆式離心泵,105-180選用R型熱水泵,需要外接冷卻水。180以上,熱水泵需要加裝換熱器,配置外螺紋機械密封,對冷卻水加壓經換熱器冷卻等。
