太龍照明6月2日晚間公告，公司擬與王旭東、朱春麗共同投資設立合資公司仕元（廈門）照明科技有限公司。合資公司注冊資本為人民幣 500 萬元。公司以貨幣形式出資人民幣 255萬元，占注冊資本的 51％。
公司表示，投資設立合資公司仕元（廈門）照明科技有限公司主要是基于太龍照明整體的戰略規劃以及自身業務發展的需要，提高太龍照明的核心競爭力及品牌知名度。
