As a rule, the data transmitted via I/O terminals handled by the regulatory control blocks must be the engineering unit data. Each data item consists of data value and data status.作為一個準則,經過I/O端子傳輸給調整控制塊的數據必須是工程單位型的數據。每個數據項應包括數據值和數據狀態。
■ Data Value 數據值SAI533-H03/PRP
The data value is a numeric data that is transmitted in or out of a function block. The data values handled by the blocks include process variable (PV), cascade setpoint value (CSV) and manipulated output value (MV).數據值是在一個功能塊內或外進行傳輸的一個數字的數據。這種被功能塊所處理的數值可以包括過程變量,串級設定值和操作輸出值SAI533-H03/PRP。
The data values handled by the regulatory control blocks are numeric data in engineering unit. However, the data received from the b modules (excluding the b modules for temperature measurement as well as for pulse trains) and the setpoint data sent to analogue output modules are given as percentage values in the range from 0% to 100%.調整控制塊處理的數值必須是帶工程單位的數字值。數據被輸入模塊接收(溫度測量和脈沖串的輸入模塊除外),然后設定值被發送到模擬輸出模塊,形式為0%到100%的百分數值。
The data value read into a function block via an b terminal is called “b data,” while the value written out of a function block via an output terminal is called “output data.” 經由輸入端子讀入功能塊的數據值叫做輸入數據,而由輸出端子從功能塊寫出的值叫做輸出數據SAI533-H03/PRP。
■ Data Status 數據狀態
The data status is a piece of status inbation that indicates the value and quality of I/O data. 數據狀態是指出輸入輸出數據值和性質的一塊狀態信息。
The data status is conveyed as I/O data from one function block to another via I/O connection along with a data value.數據狀態都會伴隨一個數據值,從而作為輸入輸出數據通過I/O連接器從一個功能塊傳到另一個功能塊SAI533-H03/PRP。
The data status is used to test the existence of exceptional events, such as process failures and computation errors occurred in the control computation processing perbed by the function blocks.數據狀態用于檢測例外事件的發生,比如功能塊執行控制計算處理中的過程故障,計算錯誤SAI533-H03/PRP。
