3、 系統(tǒng)部件及功能
橫河電機(jī)公司向用戶推薦的CENTUM CS 3000是一個全方位的冗余配置:
控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)Vnet/IP網(wǎng)的通信電纜,和電纜接口1 : 1冗余配置。
控制器的CPU1 : 1“成對冗余”配置。
DCS各種工作電源冗余配置。
每個操作接面站都是一個獨立的計算機(jī)主機(jī)。每個操作接面站都能互相備份,互為冗余,并能在線診斷故障、報.警、切換和維修提示。
工程師工作站 (EWS)
工程師工作站采用的是世界一流品牌DELL工作站計算機(jī),它是供系統(tǒng)生成組態(tài)所用。它能夠儲存系統(tǒng)所有的組態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),并提供了一個直覺性、目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向性的圖形用戶接面環(huán)境供開發(fā)及綜合所有的應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)到數(shù)據(jù)庫。這個數(shù)據(jù)庫包括的所有連接在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的站點、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、工位號的定義、報.警和故障的定義、控制方案的組成及流程圖的制作。
通過Windows XP共享檔案功能進(jìn)行并行工程組態(tài)使多位工程師能夠同時組態(tài)到網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的一個數(shù)據(jù)庫。另外,在不同的工程師工作站所生成的數(shù)據(jù)也可以被綜合到一個數(shù)據(jù)庫里。同時工程師工作站上的虛擬測試功能也可以在離線的情況下確認(rèn)所生成的程序。

SFC功能塊
SFC
SFC (Sequence Function Chart)功能塊是用SFC描述語言來實現(xiàn)。
SFC功能塊是采用IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn),所用的編程語言(SEBOL)是一個開放的語言環(huán)境,可以用流程圖來描述。在運(yùn)行時,可以通過顯示窗看到邏輯的運(yùn)行情況
組合三大邏輯組態(tài)工具(Sequence Table,Logic Chart和Sequence Function Chart)可以組態(tài)龐大的復(fù)雜的邏輯控制功能和龐大的批量(Batch)功能
操作界面站 (HIS )
此項目所提供的系統(tǒng)操作接面站采用的是世界一流品牌DELL計算機(jī)。并采用先進(jìn)的Windows XP作為操作平臺。屏幕的分辯率是1280×1024,并具有256種顏色的變化。它帶有操作員鍵盤,鼠標(biāo),加有圖形加速器的顯示驅(qū)動卡。HIS是采用Windows XP作為操作系統(tǒng),這使市場上通用的商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫及通訊軟件能在它上面運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
在HIS的監(jiān)視器上,操作員可以觀察到所有掛在通信總線的各個配備狀況,甚至可以觀察到控制站上的某一個I/O點的情況。屏幕的刷新速度快達(dá)1秒。
HIS可以顯示各種畫面;如流程圖、控制組、趨勢等。它也可以監(jiān)視設(shè)備,通過指令窗口發(fā)送指令,記錄報 警及其它事項和確認(rèn)報 警。
GENERAL
AIP831 is an Operation Keyboard for Eight-loop Simultaneous Operation for CENTUM VP’s Desktop Type HIS.
AIP831 is equipped with 8-Loop Control keys which contains touch sensors for sensing the touches. (Touch
sensors are used for “Instrument Faceplate Highlight” function of Desktop Type HIS.)
It contains an independent USB speaker (a sound function) other than buzzing alarms (buzzer sounds).
LHS1140 Eight-loop Simultaneous Operation Package (for AIP831) software is required when using AIP831
on Desktop Type HIS. It is an option used with the Standard Operation and Monitoring Function (LHS1100 or
LHM1101).
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS FOR AIP831 AND LHS1140
• Standard Operation and Monitoring Function (LHS1100 or LHM1101) of CENTUM VP software R5.03 or later
version is required.
• An AIP831 keyboard can be used per one Desktop Type HIS.
