AIP831 is an Operation Keyboard for Eight-loop Simultaneous Operation for CENTUM VP’s Desktop Type HIS.
AIP831 is equipped with 8-Loop Control keys which contains touch sensors for sensing the touches. (Touch
sensors are used for “Instrument Faceplate Highlight” function of Desktop Type HIS.)
It contains an independent USB speaker (a sound function) other than buzzing alarms (buzzer sounds).
LHS1140 Eight-loop Simultaneous Operation Package (for AIP831) software is required when using AIP831
on Desktop Type HIS. It is an option used with the Standard Operation and Monitoring Function (LHS1100 or
LHM1101).
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS FOR AIP831 AND LHS1140
• Standard Operation and Monitoring Function (LHS1100 or LHM1101) of CENTUM VP software R5.03 or later
version is required.
• An AIP831 keyboard can be used per one Desktop Type HIS.

1.6μXL的工程設計方法
1.6.1 DCS的工程設計階段
DCS的工程設計是從系統的選擇開始,到面向機器的功能分配、作成工作單、面向機器的功能數據輸入、調試、系統維護/維修保養等范圍廣泛的工程技術作業。
1.6.2μXL應用系統的生成、組態
在μXL中將機能生成稱之為系統生成機能。系統生成采用FIF(Fill In the Form)語言;如圖1.3所示。其中“單元構成”和“OPS系統定義”必須在全部生成執行前進行定義,而且這兩個項目和“趨勢構成定義”的記錄規格實施后必須再啟動。其它項目的執行順序不受限制。
1.6.2.1操作站的生成項目
1、單元構成; 2、OPS系統定義;3、趨勢畫面構成定義;4、總貌畫面的分配;
5、分組(控制組)畫面的分配;6、BASIC規格;7、PF功能鍵的定義;
8、與儀表有關常數的定義;9、信息所需規格的定義;10、流程圖畫面;
上述這些項目中,“單元構成”和“OPS系統定義”是系統生成的必要項目,“總貌畫面的分配”和“分組(控制組)畫面的分配”是顯示機能的必要項目,其它項目則在需要時選用。
1.6.2.2控制單元的生成項目
可分為三類:
1、控制單元的構成定義:定義控制單元的I/O插件構成;
2、反饋控制功能定義:定義反饋控制用的各種內部儀表及其結合;
3、順序控制功能定義:定義順控元素、順序控制用的內部儀表,并寫入順控表。其順序如1.4圖所示。
1.6.2.3 反饋控制的組態
反饋控制組態由反饋控制內部儀表的功能定義畫面、內部儀表和輸入輸出信號連接定義畫面構成。
1、內部儀表規格的組態:組態時采用FIF語言。
l 設定項目:包括工位號、工位說明、儀表型號、刻度上限/下限、工業單位、輸入信號處理、儀表圖說明的顯示類型、正/反動作的指定、掃描狀態(ON/OFF,一般/高速)。
l 設定次數少的畫面:每個回路用軟鍵展開詳細設定畫面后進行設定;用“一觸鍵”可展開回路結合狀態畫面。
2、回路結合的組態
1.6.2.4 順序控制的組態
順序控制組態由定義順序控制動作的判定表畫面和定時器、計數器等順序控制元素的定義畫面及記述邏輯運算式的畫面等構成。判定表是順控表記述方式。
1.6.2.5 流程圖畫面的組態
流程圖畫面的組態按以下步驟進行:
1. 描繪流程圖圖案
2. 分解流程圖:將流程圖圖案分解成多個區段,并將反復使用的圖形作為通用區段進行登錄;
3. 用畫素作區段圖:用每個畫素作成區段,使用軟鍵可迅速地描繪區段圖;
4. 區段圖的結合:將各個區段圖進行編輯,從而構成全幅流程圖畫面;
5. 保存流程圖畫面:將作成的流程圖畫面保存在軟盤FDC中;
6. 流程圖畫面的調用:運行時,將存入FDC中的流程圖畫面調入硬盤,然后從硬盤中調出流程圖畫面。
流程圖畫面組態具有以下特點:
l 由于全幅流程圖由各區段圖經過編輯而成,所以便于進行圖形的部分修改和部分移動;
l 由于μXL畫素庫中含有53個ISA圖形符號,所以,能方便、快速地作成常用的工藝流程圖畫面。
