料封泵在開機時應注意
1.首先要啟動羅茨風機，等待三分鐘讓羅茨風機就讓平穩狀態
2.要壓力表的數據一般不會超過0.02Mpa
3.聽壓力表的聲音是否正常，如果有任何的雜質，應立即停機并通知有關人員進行檢查處理
料封泵在運行時故障分析
1)輸送高壓。可能原因：①灰質，灰份變化大。②輸送氣源壓力波動大或短時間消失。③停用一段時間后重新啟用。④灰量突然增大。
處理：采用新技術的倒抽式排堵方式。老式的沿程排堵方式，設備布置煩瑣，且易出故障。而倒抽式排堵方式，簡單易行，運行合理，只需將灰氣混合物通過排堵球閥及管道引到煙道。
