例如,互感器進(jìn)水受潮,雖然可能與制造廠的密封結(jié)構(gòu)和密封材料有關(guān),但是,也有的問題。一般來說,現(xiàn)場真空脫氣不充分或者檢修時不進(jìn)行真空干燥,致使油中溶解氣體易飽和或油紙絕緣中殘存氣泡和含濕較高。所有這些,都將給設(shè)備留下隱患。電壓互感器[1](PotentialTransber簡稱PT,VoltageTransber簡稱VT)和變壓器類似,是用來變換電壓的儀器。但變壓器變換電壓的目的是方便輸送電能,因此容量很大,一般都是以千伏安或兆伏安為計算單位;而電壓互感器變換電壓的目的,主要是用來給測量儀表和繼電保護(hù)裝置供電,用來測量線路的電壓、功率和電能,或者用來在線路發(fā)生故障時保護(hù)線路中的貴重設(shè)備、電機(jī)和變壓器。

遇到一些簡單的問題的時候,就算我們不是專業(yè)修理人員也可以放心的修理設(shè)備了!注意事項編輯為了防止觸電,在接通無紙記錄儀電源之前務(wù)必進(jìn)行接地保護(hù)。在無紙記錄儀通電前務(wù)必確認(rèn)儀表電源的電源是否與供給電源的電壓一致。在使用中請勿切斷記錄儀內(nèi)部或外部的接地保護(hù),否則會使儀表保護(hù)失效,讓使用者處于危險狀態(tài)。請勿在可燃性氣體、性氣體或有蒸汽的場行無紙記錄儀,在這樣的下使用本儀表很危險。不是無紙記錄儀專業(yè)維修人員,請勿拆卸記錄儀前面面板,儀表有部分為高壓。請在切實進(jìn)行接地保護(hù)后將儀表與測量對象或外部控制回路連接。請嚴(yán)格按無紙記錄儀說明書進(jìn)行操作,防壞儀表。無紙記錄儀中塑料零部件較多。1端為其公共端。(自動導(dǎo)線電阻的影響)?測量二線制熱電阻時,接13端。(可通過誤差校正的導(dǎo)線電阻的影響)?測量電流時,接23端,其中2端接正,3端接負(fù),?測量電壓和熱電偶時,接13端,其中1端接正,3端接負(fù)。?繼電器輸出端子為常開點。?電源未注明時一律使用220V電壓。儀表的使用注意事項及保修期z該表可同時記錄多個通道,如不全部使用可將剩余通道關(guān)閉z電源工作電壓為:V,不應(yīng)超出z在正常保管與使用情況下,廠方保證儀表使用一年常見錯誤分析編輯A:顯示和記錄完全不對檢查輸入的是否正確接線的位置是否正確,正確接線詳見【接線】量程代碼是否設(shè)定正確B:有顯示。

凸出式插拔式結(jié)構(gòu),嵌入式插拔結(jié)構(gòu)等,并有的塑料外罩,可以觀察繼電器的整定值和規(guī)格等。電磁式電壓繼電器磁有兩個線圈,線圈出頭接在底座端子上,用戶可以根據(jù)需要串并聯(lián),因而可使繼電器整定范圍變化一倍。電磁式電壓繼電器銘牌的刻度值及額定值對于電流繼電器是線圈串聯(lián)時的電流(以A為單位),對于電壓繼電器是線圈并聯(lián)時的電壓(以V為單位)。轉(zhuǎn)動刻度盤上的指針,以改變游絲的反作矩從而可以改變繼電器的值。電磁式電壓繼電器的:對于過電流(壓)繼電器,電流(壓)升至整定值或大于整定值時,繼電器就,動合觸點閉合,動斷觸點斷開。當(dāng)電流(壓)到0.8倍整定值時,繼電器就返回,動合觸點斷開,動斷觸點閉合。
