要切換到旁路運行狀態(tài),如滑地切換到運行狀態(tài),這也是軟啟動器的一個難點,如何選準旁路點非常重要。旁路點早了,電流沖擊非常大,即使在低壓條件下,也會造成三相電源中斷路器跳閘,甚至會損壞斷路器。高壓條件下危害更大。旁路點遲了,電機抖動得厲害,影響負載正常工作。因此,旁路的硬件檢測電路必須非常,并且程序處理也要恰到好處。維修檢查編輯平時注意檢查軟起動器的條件,防止在超過其允許的條件下運行。注意檢查軟起動器周圍是否有妨礙其通風散熱的物體,確保軟起動器四周有足夠的空間(大于150mm)。定期檢查配電線端子是否松動,柜內(nèi)元器件有否過熱、變色、焦臭味等異常現(xiàn)象。定期清掃灰塵,以免影響散熱,防止晶閘管因溫升過高而損壞。
