PH計是利用電極電勢計算的.所以要測量PH值必須將兩根電極都放到溶液中,行成電池回路.因為PH值計算只用到單電極電勢.加參比電極其實是為了計算單電極的電勢,因為單電極反應比較困難,所以通常取一個參比電極記為零電勢,這樣后的兩電極間的電勢是是單電極的電勢了。

然則,關于燃煤火力發電的污染后果,平易近眾不時心存芥蒂。在托電發電部副主任方亮看來,經過脫硫、脫硝、超低排放等一系列改革后,托電發電機組排放均優于排放。總經理張茂清引見稱,自2015年起陸續實施超低排放改革后,各機組排放數值優于排放,2016較2015年多減2143噸,氮氧化物較2015年多減6096噸,排放總量還在逐年。
