標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：GB/T6418 BCu80PAg AWS A5.8 BCuP-5
成份：P=4.8-5.2%；Ag=14.5-15.5%；Cu余量。
說明：料204是含銀量為15%，熔點(diǎn)為645-800℃，塑性較好，具有良好的填充不均勻間隙的能力，接頭的機(jī)械性能較好，是應(yīng)用較廣的銅磷類釬料。
用途：用于釬焊銅及銅合金、銀、鎢、鉬、等金屬。多數(shù)用來釬焊震動(dòng)負(fù)荷較小的工件，以電機(jī)、電器工業(yè)使用多。
注意：釬焊銅時(shí)不需要用釬焊熔劑,但釬焊銅合金時(shí)應(yīng)配合銀焊粉QJ101，QJ102，QJ103或銀焊膏QJ111，QJ112，QJ112A。
