辦理進口肉類產品收貨人備案

1.填制進口肉類收貨人備案申請表，提交營業(yè)執(zhí)照；

2.具備進出口權、食品經營資質

3.建立進口肉類銷售記錄制度、不合格產品追溯、召回和處理制度，加強食品安全員商位職責管理，在各指定口岸開展進口肉類貿易。

進境肉類（豬肉、牛肉）準入名單

1.申請的動物或動物產品是否為禁止進境物；輸出和途徑國家或者地區(qū)有無相關的動物疫情；是否符合中國有關動物檢疫法律法規(guī)和部門規(guī)章的規(guī)定；是否符合中國與輸出國家或者地區(qū)簽定的雙邊檢疫協(xié)定（包括檢疫協(xié)議、議定書、備忘錄）等。

2.視申請進境動物、動物產品或特許審批物的不同，所需材料提供是否完整性和保持有效。

2. Whether the required materials are provided compleby and effectively depends on the difference of the application for entry animals, animal products or licensed approvals.
