首先，企業想要進口肉制品，國外企業需要在有備案注冊（俗稱牌照，且在有效期內），這是前提條件。  

1.國外供應商在質檢總局注冊過，就表示可以進口。這時候國外供應商需提供進口肉類的部位，中文標簽，國外廠商注冊號，毛重，凈重這些，還需要提供進口肉類數量。這些文件的作用是在國內辦理。  

2.國外供應商還需要提供，貨物清單，，衛生證這些資料。  

3.國內企業需提供進境動植物檢驗檢疫許可證，也就是所謂的“配額”，國家審核比較嚴，自己辦理比較困難，配額限制相對嚴格。我司可以辦理。
