二、收貨人備案：1、進口商填寫水產收貨人備案申請表；2、工商營業執照、組織機構代碼、法人身份證明、對外貿易經營者備案登記表、進出口貨物報關登記證、自理報檢備案登記表等復印件并校驗正本；3、企業質量安全管理制度、日常工作管理制度表、經營范圍、存放地點說明等；4、提供兩年內曾從事水產進口、加工和銷售的相關說明；5、擬定經營進口水產的種類、存放地點、并實記錄進口水產品流向，記錄保存不得少于2年；
