一般貿(mào)易方式
一.出口貨件價值若在RMB 5000以下，則可以按照中國海關(guān)C類申報，貨樣廣告品、數(shù)量合理不涉及出口監(jiān)管條件。出口相關(guān)貨件需要提供正常的運單、裝箱單等。
二.出口貨件價值若在RMB 5000以上，屬正式報關(guān)貨物（D類），則需提供全套出口報關(guān)單據(jù)。若屬于醫(yī)療器械范疇，生產(chǎn)企業(yè)為出口方，則需要醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)許可證、出口產(chǎn)品的醫(yī)療器械注冊證及產(chǎn)品合格證；若貿(mào)易公司為出口方，則需提供經(jīng)營單位在市級人民政府食藥監(jiān)部門的備案證明、供貨者的醫(yī)療器械注冊證及合格證明等，及其他海關(guān)所要求提供的資料。

1、 If the value of the exported goods is less than RMB 5000, they can be declared according to category C of China Customs. The reasonable sample advertising goods and quantity do not involve the export supervision conditions. Normal waybill, invoice, packing list, etc. shall be provided for export related goods.
2、 If the value of the exported goods is more than RMB 5000, it belongs to the goods officially declared (Class D), a complete set of export declaration documents shall be provided. If it belongs to the category of medical devices and the manufacturer is the exporter, it needs the medical device production license, medical device registration certificate and product qualification certificate of the exported products; if the trading company is the exporter, it needs to provide the record certificate of the business unit in the food and Drug Administration Department of the Municipal People's government, the medical device registration certificate and qualification certificate of the supplier, etc., as well as other required by the customs Inbation.
