國家對出口醫療物資的最新管理要求是什么？

答：按照《商務部 海關總署 國家藥品監督管理局關于有序開展醫療物資出口的公告》（公告2020年第5號，以下簡稱“5號公告”）的要求，自4月1日起，出口新型冠狀病毒檢測試劑、醫用口罩、醫用防護服、呼吸機、紅外體溫計的企業，在向海關報關時，須提供書面或電子聲明，承諾出口產品已取得我國醫療器械產品注冊證書，符合進口國（地區）的質量標準要求。按照海關總署公告2020年第53號的要求（以下簡稱“53號公告”），4月10日起需對“6307900010”等海關商品編號項下的醫療物資實施出口商品檢驗。

答：沒有！符合“公告”要求的相關醫療物資均可通過正常通關流程申報出口。海關不會指定任何醫療物資的出口企業、交易平臺以及代理企業。
