個人往國外郵寄口罩等防疫物資的具體要求有哪些？

答：根據《海關法》第四十六條：個人郵寄進出境的物品，應當以自用、合理數量為限。根據《關于調整進出境個人郵遞物品管理措施有關事宜的公告》（海關總署2010年第43號公告）：個人寄自或寄往港、澳、臺地區的物品，每次限值為800元人民幣；寄自或寄往其它國家和地區的物品，每次限值為1000元人民幣。對于個人寄遞出境的口罩等防疫物資，應當符合上述規定。郵寄出口的商業性郵件，應按照貨物規定辦理通關手續。

答：企業往國外寄遞口罩等防疫物資，應當按照C類快件或普通貨物辦理通關手續。

按照C類快件辦理通關手續的，寄遞貨物單票價值應當低于5000元人民幣（不包括運、保、雜費等），且不得包括以下四個情形：

1.涉及許可證件管制的；

2.需要辦理出口退稅、出口收匯或者進口付匯的；

3.一般貿易監管方式下依法應當進行檢驗檢疫的；

4.貨樣廣告品監管方式下依法應當進行口岸檢疫的。
