辦理口罩出口通關單的流程及所需資料（此資料僅供參考，如果與海關的要求有異議，以當地海關為準）

申請地：各個工廠所屬的管轄海關。比如：工廠所屬地在廣州的白云區，就在廣州海關申辦，工廠所屬地在佛山海關，就向佛山海關申辦，只能屬地申報

申辦的資質要求：

1. 工廠需要有衛生證

2. 工廠需要在所屬地海關辦理海關商檢備案

3. 醫用口罩需要藥品監督局的備案。

1. The factory needs to have a health certificate
2. The factory needs to handle the customs inspection record at the local customs
3. Medical masks need to be filed by the drug administration.

申辦所需提交資料：

1。報檢委托書（有專門的格式）

2.出口聲明（有專門的格式）

3.合同，裝箱單（出口報關專用）

4.廠檢單（工廠自己的檢驗合格的憑證，無格式要求）

5.提交樣品（是否需要提供樣品去實驗室進行檢測，目前暫時不確定）

1. Power of attorney for inspection (with special bat)

2. Export declaration (with special bat)

3. Contract, invoice, packing list (for export declaration only)

4. factory inspection list (the factory 's own certificate of qualified inspection, without bat requirements)

5. Submit samples (whether samples need to be provided to the laboratory for testing is uncertain at present)
