1.如果產品上面有FDA/CE標志，就會被認定為醫用類

2.如果KN95，品類屬于GB2626，屬于非醫用

3.如果是N95，上面有NIOSH標志，也屬于非醫用

4.對于三方貿易，如果有國內采購合同，則可以以貿易公司抬頭申報。如果沒有采購合同，需要與生產單位簽訂進出口代理協議。

5.產品包裝上需要有合格證、生產日期、生產廠商名稱、有效日期（保質期）

6.對于醫用類的生產廠商需要在國家藥監局注冊信息名單表里

7.如果沒有如實申報，貨物價值達5萬人民幣，將會被移送緝私處理！
