預錄入（電子申報）-→收到回執后報檢員去現場陪同檢驗檢疫人員進行檢驗，進行必要解釋-→后面可能出現兩種情況：1.現場檢驗合格則-→采樣-→實驗室檢測-→合格后擬證（不合格的，可申請復審，復審不合格，則直接被退回）-→證稿審核-→檢務復審---出具衛生證書-→客戶提貨進入國內市場銷售。2.現場檢驗不合格-→能返工整理的，出具《檢驗檢疫處理通知書》，返工整理后再申請檢驗；不能返工整理得-→出具不合格證書=被退回。
