1進口公司需到口岸商檢局做進口香皂港口信息備案，備案是需要提前讓國外做好授權書，{國外生產廠家給國內進口商授權}，做好授權書后需要到東方平臺做授權，總共需要時間7天，然后帶著授權證正本去進口港口信息備案，獲取備案即可。

3香皂標簽做好后，可安排香皂提前報檢

4 出具關單，關報關，出具稅單，進口香皂收貨人繳納關稅增值，關放行，安排貨物進境。

5 貨物到達到貨口岸后，商檢局商檢人員會對香皂進行查驗和抽樣送檢，商檢查驗后過關通道【關如布控，則關需要查驗】

6 查驗放行后，貨物應放到商檢局認可的倉庫存放，并加貼中文標簽，【第二次進口可在國外加貼中文標簽】

7 送檢結果出來后，合格的簽發《檢疫檢驗合格衛生證》，進口商/代理商/經銷商/收貨人獲得合格的《衛生證》后方可銷售使用該批香皂。

7. After the inspection result comes out, the qualified one will be issued with the quarantine inspection certificate, and the importer / agent / dealer / consignee can only sell and use this batch of soap after obtaining the qualified certificate.
