1、香皂進口報關到岸手續(xù)是先商檢后報關，商檢要對貨物進行核對：包裝是否符合標準；還要對貨物文件進行審核，包括濕紙巾出口國出具的產地證、裝箱單、invoice、等；對于濕紙巾以“托”來打包包裝的，如果是采用木托，還必須審核出口國出具的“熏蒸證明”。
2、香皂裝箱明細和報關資料必須完全統(tǒng)一，若資料不一致，以欺報論處，另外柜口每個品種的貨物分別放幾箱樣品，方便商檢。
