Xtreme
plus 是由一個兩面都涂有一層纖維增強云母材料的不銹鋼芯組成。內芯由 0.20 毫米厚的不銹鋼板（材料為 1.4828）沖刺制成。除膨脹云母外，涂層還含有耐高溫纖維和少量作為粘合劑的優質彈性體。

Properties
|
由于使用了云母和耐熱的 1.4828 不銹鋼芯，Xtreme plus 可以承受高達 950 °C 的高溫。
這種組合使 Xtreme plus 在整個溫度范圍內都具有出色的密封性能。Xtreme plus 的高可壓縮性和高彈性使其具有良好的適應性，能夠對部件變形進行補償（宏觀適應性），并且在交替工作條件下表現出穩定的材料特性。鋼芯的凸緣使材料具有很高的抗壓性，即較低的凝固傾向。
Xtreme
plus 可耐受油、燃料、廢氣、防凍液等介質。

Application

- 作為任何集成電路發動機（如卡車發動機、船用柴油發動機、燃氣發動機）排氣系統的材料，用于汽缸蓋和歧管之間的配合，以及排氣系統下游法蘭連接處、渦輪增壓器密封件或 EGR（廢氣再循環）墊圈，尤其是為了滿足嚴格的排放限制要求。

- 它還可用于加熱系統燃燒器的密封接頭、高溫熱交換器、燃氣輪機和其他應用。
對于極端的機械負荷和密封要求，我們建議使用不銹鋼內圈。除了提高內部壓力負荷能力、橫截面密封性和防爆安全性外，它還具有更好的耐化學性。
