為了便于檢修,蓄能器與管路之間應安裝(截止閥),為了防止液壓泵停車.
或泄載時蓄能器內的壓力油倒流,蓄能器與液壓泵之間應安裝(單向閥)。
21.選用過濾器應考慮(過濾精度)、(通流能力)、( 機械強度)和其它功
能,它在系統中可安裝在(泵的吸油口)、(泵的壓油口)、(系統的回油路上)
和單獨的過濾系統中。.
22.兩個液壓馬達主軸剛性連接在-起組成雙速換接回路,兩馬達串聯時,其轉
速為(高速);兩馬達并聯時,其轉速為(低速), 而輸出轉矩(增加)。串聯
和并聯兩種情況下回路的輸出功率(相同)。
23.在變里泵-變里馬達調速回路中,為了在低速時有較大的輸出轉矩、在高速
時能提供較大功率,往往在低速段,先將(馬達排里) 調至最大,用(變里泵)
調速;在高速段,(泵排童)為最大,用(變量馬達)調速。
24.限壓式變里泵和調速闊的調速回路,泵的流里與液壓缸所需流里( 自動相
適應),泵的工作壓力(不變);而差壓式變里泵和節流閥的調速回路,泵輸出
流童與負載流里(相適應),泵的工作壓力等于(免載壓力 )加節流閥前
后壓力差,故回路效率高。
25.順序動作回路的功用在于使幾個執行元件嚴格按預定順序動作,按控制方式
不同,分為(仂)控制和(行程)控制。同步回路的功用是使相同尺寸的執
行元件在運動上同步,同步運動分為(速度)同步和(位置)同步兩大類 。
26.不含水蒸氣的空氣為(王空氣);含水蒸氣的空氣稱為(濕空氣),所含水
分的程度用(濕度)和(含濕量)來表示。
27.理想氣體是指(沒有粘性的氣體)。一定質里的理想氣體在狀態變化的某一
穩定瞬時,其壓力、溫度、體積應服從( 氣體狀態方程pV/T=常數)。
