3 可編程閥控單元
以高速開關閥為代表的數字流量控制技術采用數字信號控制閥或者閥組,使得閥控系統輸出與控制信號相應的離散流量。高速開關閥只有全開和全關兩種狀態,節流損失大大減小;增加了控制的靈活性和功能性;閥口開度固定,對油液污染的敏感度降低。然而,正因為這些特性,這種數字閥要大規模的應用于工業,還有許多問題需要解決:首先,高速開關閥在開啟和關閉的瞬間,對系統造成的壓力尖峰和流量脈動,執行器的運動出現不連續的現象。其次,高速開關閥的響應必須進一步提高,穩定長時間的切換壽命也是必須的。第三,在數字閥島的應用中,所選擇的高速開關閥的啟閉需要同步。在數字
