Palert is an earthquake P wave alarm with advanced technology. It is bded Pd technology
developed by Prof. Yih-Min Wu from National Taiwan University (Please refer to the related documents
which Prof. Wu has been published). Designed to reduce earthquake damage, Palert can issue an alarm
within 3 seconds after P wave is detected whether the following shock wave is devastating or not.
Palert offers four kinds of trigger algorithms: Pd, PGA, Displacement and STA/LTA for detecting
earthquakes. Pd algorithm was developed by Prof. Wu as it was mentioned above. PGA stands for Peak
Ground Acceleration. Palert offers 10 Hz and 20 Hz low pass filter which are selected by users to filter
out high frequency components in signal generated by non-earthquake vibration. Component “a” is
especially equipped with real time displacement calculation which is able to deploy displacement trigger
algorithm in “a” axis. The conventional STA/LTA trig algorithm is available on Palert, too.
Intensity standards of both CWB (Central Weather Bureau, Taiwan) and China (GB/T-17742-2008) are
also available and can be shown instantaneously. Other useful earthquake inbation is stored and
ready for retrieving on Palert. These include trigger time, maximum intensity, maximum acceleration for
each component and maximum acceleration in vector. The powerful networking capability features
streaming real time data to hosts; automatically connects up to 2 servers and NTP (Network Time
Protocol) time calibration. With these networking functions, Palert is a wonderful front end device for
EEW (Earthquake Early Warning) system.
With PC utility, it is possible to record earthquake data for research purposes and to have voice
warnings if needed. Providing two outputs and supporting industrial communication standard Modbus
TCP/RTU, Palert is an ideal product for earthquake safety control in numerous applications.
Palert 為一先進(jìn)之地震P 波警報(bào)器,其除了具備傳統(tǒng)電子式地震開關(guān)之功能外,更內(nèi)嵌由臺灣
大學(xué)吳逸民教授所開發(fā)之地震測報(bào)技術(shù),可偵測P 波并在3 秒內(nèi)決定是否災(zāi)害性地震來襲,并
在具破壞力之S 波到達(dá)前發(fā)出警報(bào)訊息,以提供使用者做為地震減災(zāi)之用。
地震判別技術(shù)是本機(jī)之主要特點(diǎn),總共提供四種機(jī)制來判斷地震,分別是Pd、PGA、
Displacement 與STA/LTA,有關(guān)Pd 之地震判別機(jī)制為臺灣大學(xué)吳逸民教授所創(chuàng), PGA 為Peak
Ground Acceleration 之縮寫,本機(jī)備有10Hz 與20Hz 兩種低通濾波可供選擇,以濾除非地震
之高頻訊號;Palert 也特別針對a 軸向(裝置固定時(shí)為垂直向)做實(shí)時(shí)位移處理,故可針對垂直向
之位移(Displacement)來做地震判別;而STA/LTA (STA 短周期加速度平均值 / LTA 長周期加速
度平均值)傳統(tǒng)地震儀之地震判斷邏輯本機(jī)亦支援。
可實(shí)時(shí)顯示中央氣象局(臺灣)頒布之七級地震震度或大陸地震烈度標(biāo)準(zhǔn),地震之發(fā)生時(shí)間、最大
震度、三軸合成矢量加速度、瞬時(shí)三軸向最大加速度等;另可依據(jù)使用者之設(shè)定來分級驅(qū)動內(nèi)
建DO,以作為直接連動外界設(shè)備之界面,例如與電梯連接使其可停靠于最近之樓層;切斷瓦斯
或電熱設(shè)備等,以降低地震二次災(zāi)害。
Palert 內(nèi)建實(shí)時(shí)時(shí)鐘(RTC)并提供NTP 網(wǎng)絡(luò)校時(shí)功能,可自動串流輸出資料到二部伺服主機(jī)以
作為地震速報(bào)EEW 之端末機(jī);可實(shí)時(shí)顯示中央氣象局(臺灣)頒布之七級地震震度,或中國大陸
GB/T-17742-2008 地震烈度,并可記錄最近一筆地震事件之正確發(fā)生時(shí)間、地震之最大震度、
三軸合成矢量加速度、瞬時(shí)三軸向最大加速度等;另透過PC Utility 可記錄地震波形與提供地震
語音警示。

4. Support Modbus RTU / TCP, NTP time calibration and up to 3 hosts connections via Modbus TCP. 提供Modbus RTU 與Modbus TCP 協(xié)定與NTP 校時(shí)功能,可直接連接計(jì)算機(jī)、PLC 與人機(jī)界面,使用Modbus TCP 協(xié)定時(shí),最多可同時(shí)連接三部計(jì)算機(jī)或主機(jī)
5. Two seismic switch set points for each digital output. 兩組DO,可依使用者不同需求做個(gè)別設(shè)定
6. Earthquake data recordable when using PC utility. 使用連線軟件可記錄地震數(shù)據(jù)
