二、【技術(shù)特點(diǎn) Technique Feature】：

1．主軸最高轉(zhuǎn)速為3000-4500rpm。

2．自動(dòng)張力控制:絞線時(shí)，收線從盤底收到滿盤時(shí)收線張力需不斷增大，本機(jī)能自動(dòng)跟蹤調(diào)節(jié)收線張力；使整盤收線張力均勻一致，同時(shí)本機(jī)還能不停機(jī)調(diào)節(jié)張力。

3．主機(jī)為黃油潤滑，自然循環(huán)冷卻，有效延長主軸軸承使用壽命。
4．過線系統(tǒng)采用新型結(jié)構(gòu)，導(dǎo)線從主軸導(dǎo)輪直接過線到弓帶上，減去了由于鋁盤上的轉(zhuǎn)角導(dǎo)輪故障而引起的的刮傷及跳股現(xiàn)象。

5．調(diào)整絞距只需更換一只變換齒輪，調(diào)整絞向只需扳動(dòng)換向桿，簡捷地操作，從而降低作業(yè)者的失誤率及工作強(qiáng)度。

5. To adjust the twisting distance, only one change gear is needed. To adjust the twisting direction, it is only necessary to move the reversing lever to operate simply, thereby reducing the operator's error rate and work intensity.
