一、【設備用途 Application】：

二、【技術特點 Technique Feature】：

1．主軸最高轉速為3000-4500rpm。

2．自動張力控制:絞線時，收線從盤底收到滿盤時收線張力需不斷增大，本機能自動跟蹤調節收線張力；使整盤收線張力均勻一致，同時本機還能不停機調節張力。

3．主機為黃油潤滑，自然循環冷卻，有效延長主軸軸承使用壽命。
4．過線系統采用新型結構，導線從主軸導輪直接過線到弓帶上，減去了由于鋁盤上的轉角導輪故障而引起的的刮傷及跳股現象。

5．調整絞距只需更換一只變換齒輪，調整絞向只需扳動換向桿，簡捷地操作，從而降低作業者的失誤率及工作強度。
