腐蝕材料制作，工作室內配有不同尺寸的試棒及試驗槽。

鹽霧沉降量可調、噴霧量均勻，工作室溫度均勻，恒溫性能好。

霧粒經噴霧塔、噴嘴等作用可呈霧狀，自由沉降。

溫度控制采用數顯儀表，并由數顯時間繼電器控制噴霧時間。

設備具有聲、光報警裝置及超溫保護裝置省耗節能，低噪音設計。

設備材質：

1.箱體材質：試驗箱整體為進口PVC增強硬質塑料板，表面光潔平整，并耐老化、耐腐蝕；易清洗、無泄露，摒棄玻璃鋼材質應時間而產生表面退色纖維化

2.鹽水桶材質：進口PVC板， 超大鹽水箱設計，杜絕因缺少鹽水而中斷試驗

3.高壓空氣管材料：銅管或橡膠管

4.飽和空氣桶：采用進口高級不銹鋼（SUS304）板；采用亨利定律，予以加溫加濕，并提供實驗所需之濕度

5.飽和空氣桶作用：針對壓縮進去的空氣加熱、加濕以及油過濾）

6.試驗箱所有管道均采用加厚型氟硅橡膠管，十五年可保持不老化及龜裂.

7.用進口智能溫控儀表。該儀表智能化程度高，多組 P I D 運算及模糊控制，快速整定，達到更平滑的控制輸出和更高的控制精度。

8.采用自動定時裝置，試驗實驗室達到預定溫度后，進行自動噴霧，到達定時器設置的時間自動停止。

9.試驗室也可采用透明頂蓋，隨時監視噴霧狀態及試樣工作狀況。

10.噴嘴采用不結晶噴射嘴，無鹽分堵塞之虞。

11.有雙重壓力調整及超溫保護裝置。

12.箱蓋材質：全透明進口耐沖擊板材制造，便于試驗時觀測試驗樣品受試狀況
